Nowadays, more women and young girls are taking part in recreational sports and those who are more dedicated towards it, become women athlete. With this growth in women sports over the last 30 years, it has become an integral part of the community. Even though men have more leverage in sports, women still have made a place for themselves. Sports is introduced and encouraged at an early stage in all schools, and to make sure that females also participate, various training programs are introduced. These training programs are specially designed for women athletes, so that they benefit maximum from it. Since the participation rate of female players has increased, the research studies have also showed the combined effects of routine exercise that reflects through the carefully programmed training schedules that fit the modern-day women. Perspective of women athlete in the sports community has changed drastically and is far better than that of early days.
