For athletes wanting to take their track and field training to the next level. Positive team environment with an emphasis on personal development.

Training is offered in person 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Athletes will run and lift as a team.

Includes:

  • personalized lifting and running plans

  • team lifting sessions, indoor and outdoor speed training

  • detailed drill sessions

  • mobility and agility training

  • blocks starts and hurdle training (if desired)

  • chip timing and projections

  • coaching support at multiple indoor track meets
