4 Performance- Year Round Training

For athletes wanting to take their track and field training to the next level. Positive team environment with an emphasis on personal development.

Training is offered in person 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Athletes will run and lift as a team.

Includes:

  • personalized lifting and running plans

  • detailed drill sessions

  • mobility and agility training

  • Blocks starts and hurdle training (if desired)

  • Chip timing and projections

  • Coaching support at multiple indoor track meets
